The Regional Manager, Project reputed company will reputed company regional project reputed company operations, overseeing project setup and closeout, billing, reputed company recognition, accounts receivable, financial reporting, compliance, process improvements, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve new project setups, ensuring correct contract terms, billing terms, budgets, and cost codes are entered into the ERP reputed company reputed company
• Monitor project status from initiation through closeout, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and company policy
• reputed company final project reconciliations and closeout documentation
• Ensure reputed company and accurate preparation of customer invoices
• Review and approve reputed company recognition calculations (e.g., percentage-of-completion) in accordance with GAAP/company policy
• Monitor and manage unbilled receivables driving reduction of aged unbilled balances

• Assist collections efforts and reduce AR aging
