Obtains patient medical histories, expedites patient reputed company, rooms patients, and stocks clinic with necessary supplies. Navigates electronic health record systems, schedules and follows up on appointments, and assists with medication requests, prior authorizations, and scheduling tests, procedures, and consults. Communicates respectfully with pharmacies, insurance companies, patients, and physicians while upholding service reputed company standards.
