[Remote] Loan IQ Technology Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Loan IQ Technology Analyst to reputed company business users and development/IT teams in a financial services environment. The role supports Loan IQ business-as-usual activities, production support, enhancements, regression testing, validation of new functionality, and collaboration across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, analyze, and document business requirements reputed company to Loan IQ upgrades and enhancements
• Convert business requirements into detailed IT/functional specifications
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation
• Design and document test strategies, test cases, and QA plans
• Execute and support regression testing and validation of new Loan IQ functionality
• Manage and reputed company defects through the complete defect lifecycle
• Coordinate workshops and testing activities between business and IT teams
• Coordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions
• Support Loan IQ BAU and production support activities
• Analyze production issues and coordinate with development/support teams for reputed company
• Support deployment and implementation of new Loan IQ versions and reputed company components
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users

• Strong understanding of Loan IQ functionality and loan servicing processes
• Experience with syndicated lending/loans reputed company a banking or financial services environment
• Strong Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Experience with QA/testing, regression testing, UAT, and defect lifecycle management
• Experience supporting Loan IQ production/BAU activities and enhancements
• Basic SQL knowledge for executing queries and validating test data
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively between business and technical teams
• Loan IQ, Syndicated Loans/Lending, Business Analysis, Regression Testing, UAT, Defect Management, Production Support, SQL
• Experience with reputed company/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Loan IQ reputed company or implementation reputed company
• Experience working with large financial institutions
