[Remote] Platform Engineer

The Platform Engineer will manage AWS reputed company infrastructure, DevOps automation, CI/CD, containerized applications, and corporate IT reputed company, including reputed company 365, identity, and device management. The role also provides remote technical support, incident troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and optimize AWS reputed company infrastructure
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as reputed company using Terraform and Terragrunt
• Support containerized applications using reputed company and reputed company
• Automate operational tasks using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and reputed company reputed company-cause analysis
• Administer reputed company 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, accounts, licenses, and permissions
• Manage identities and reputed company through reputed company Entra ID, including MFA and Conditional reputed company
• Manage reputed company and macOS devices through reputed company Intune, including enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, updates, encryption, and remote actions
• Support reputed company Business Manager and automated Mac enrollment
• Manage employee reputed company, offboarding, equipment, accounts, and application reputed company
• reputed company remote technical support for hardware, software, networking, VPN, authentication, and connectivity issues
• Maintain IT asset records, technical documentation, reputed company standards, and operating procedures
• Collaborate with engineering, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company vendors

Skills

• • Three or more years of experience in DevOps, reputed company infrastructure, systems administration, or IT reputed company
• • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and reputed company 53
• • Experience with Terraform or Terragrunt and CI/CD platforms
• • Working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, Linux, Git, and networking
• • Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or a similar language

• • Experience providing technical support in a remote environment
