The role involves troubleshooting appliance issues, resolving service-reputed company inquiries, verifying customer and reputed company information, processing service requests, and promoting Extended Service Plans through consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling service calls, researching service history, and resolving service scheduling issues
• Maintaining rapport with dealers/distributors/service companies and field representatives to enhance Brand Loyalty
• Processing part order requests
• Authorizing product/service refunds and reimbursements
• Managing written documentation of complaints
• Upselling service plans

Skills

• Sales Aptitude: Persuasive communication skills with a reputed company record or comfort in cross-selling, upselling, or promoting service additions
• Customer Service Experience: Background in remote reputed company centers or high-volume customer-facing roles
