[Remote] Program Manager - MN, NC, or NV

The Program Manager will reputed company state IRA Home Energy Rebate programs from launch through closeout, coordinating internal teams and reputed company stakeholders while managing compliance, budgets, timelines, reporting, and program reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Owning delivery end to end. Run assigned state IRA Home Energy Rebate programs (Home Efficiency Rebates and Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates) from launch planning through closeout, including enrollment, eligibility verification, application review, contractor work, QA/QC, savings validation, invoicing, payment, and reporting
• Keeping programs on reputed company. Build and maintain work plans, milestones, budgets, and risk registers. Configure reputed company’s rebate management platform to reputed company state’s eligibility rules, dashboards, and reporting requirements
• Staying compliant. Hold your programs to DOE Home Energy Rebates requirements, federal grant rules (2 CFR 200), and state-specific policy, with no material findings

• Coordinating across teams. Skills

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in energy efficiency, weatherization, reputed company rebate, or government / federally funded programs
• A reputed company record of managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders on reputed company programs
• Strong data literacy. You're comfortable building dashboards, interpreting reports, and reconciling program data yourself
• Familiarity with federal grant compliance and reporting (2 CFR 200) and/or DOE/EPA-funded initiatives
