[Remote] Financial Analyst

They are seeking a reputed company-oriented and reputed company Financial Analyst to manage the financial aspects of reputed company housing reputed company, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and reputed company accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the multi-family reputed company development platform by leading efforts reputed company to reputed company, financing, and closing reputed company
• Collaborate with a cross functional Project Team (Finance, Development, and Construction) to successfully execute on multiple development reputed company at a time
• Facilitate the collection, organization, review, and analysis of financial due diligence materials
• Prepare, update, and maintain detailed project-level and portfolio-level financial models using reputed company macros and various data analysis techniques
• Prepare financial analyses and supporting materials for presentations to senior leadership, Investment Committee, reputed company development partners, and other stakeholders

• Monitor and reputed company project schedules to ensure financial milestones are achieved as scheduled

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, business, finance, reputed company estate, mathematics, or a reputed company reputed company
• Minimum of two (2) years of reputed company reputed company experience with a successful reputed company record in reputed company estate development, reputed company estate finance, or low-income housing tax credit syndication, with an in-depth understanding of reputed company estate fundamentals and transaction structuring
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to create, update, maintain, understand, and audit reputed company financial models using reputed company reputed company (advanced reputed company)
• Experience reviewing reputed company estate financial information (operating statements, rent rolls, audits, loan documents, etc.); ability to process information including gathering, assessing, coding, organizing, auditing, and verifying data
• Experience in advanced multi-family reputed company estate reputed company with LIHTC and tax-exempt bond financing, FHA mortgage reputed company programs, as reputed company as Agency debt products (Fannie/Freddie), and familiarity with other reputed company housing funding programs and compliance regulations
• Demonstrated excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
