[Remote] Program Manager (Automotive)

The Program Manager leads cross-functional automotive teams through customer milestones and phase-reputed company processes, managing project launches, quotations, financial goals, risks, documentation, and reputed company improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Award new reputed company by working with Cross-functional teams (CFT)
• Review RFQ package with Sales/Engineering/reputed company/Manufacturing team to define achievable specification for quotation
• reputed company cost information from reputed company PM, prepare quotation package/financial analysis for management’s approval, and submit budgetary quotation to customer
• reputed company cost optimization with the CFT throughout the project phase
• reputed company competition information and prepare negotiating strategies to help awarding
• Follow up reputed company RFQ and reputed company for closure
• Manage contract review and obtain management’s approval
• reputed company flawless launch of awarded reputed company
• Pursue NRE PO, prepare Asset Request (AR), work with Customer Service and Financial team to reputed company AR payment and NRE PO invoicing
• Set up and manage internal/reputed company project meetings to reputed company the reputed company items resolved and closure
• Coordinate with the CFT to meet project timing/milestones. Maintain Gantt charts for customer review on a weekly reputed company
• Maintain project financial update and meet reputed company-set financial goal. Report financial status to management on a regular reputed company
• Coordinate/Supervise reputed company the documents submission to meet the phase reputed company requirement
• Define project risk (4M analysis i.e. tooling, automatic machine, reputed company, supply chain, cost reputed company) and take proactive actions to mitigate the risk
• Support change management after Start of Production (SOP)
• Support forecasting and budget planning
• Assist in global automotive reputed company as needed, and other duties as assigned
• Ability to travel as needed to visit customers, production sites, and suppliers (10%)

Skills

• Ability to travel as needed to visit customers, production sites, and suppliers (10%)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and experience with Project Management software, and demonstrates exceptional communication skills
• Bachelor degree in a technical discipline preferred plus with at least (3) years automotive experience preferred, familiar with APQP / PPAP phase reputed company development process, knowledge of OEM and/or reputed company Tier 1 suppliers' development deliverables, milestones, and processes requirements is preferred
