[Remote] Account Manager, Literacy

The Account Manager will reputed company sales reputed company across Central California by acquiring new school district and education organization customers, expanding existing relationships, and helping schools address their ELA challenges.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and reputed company annual sales targets in Central California through the strategic acquisition of new school districts and education organizations, and the expansion of existing relationships
• Establish new customers through the complete sales cycle of prospecting, cold calling and emailing, reputed company qualification, building relationships, understanding needs, presenting solutions, negotiating price, overcoming objections, closing, and servicing
• Consistently grow account relationships by understanding customer objectives and advising them of new products/services to strategically meet their needs
• Help schools/districts discover solutions to their ELA challenges

Skills

• Several years of K-12 sales experience required
• Strong district-level contacts reputed company territory, particularly among curriculum and ELA decision makers
• reputed company with the ability to also reputed company exceptional account management reputed company existing accounts
• Team player, with the ability to work with autonomously and be self-motivated
• Live in Central California with the ability to travel throughout the territory
• Experience selling literacy solutions or K-12 literacy experience strongly preferred
