[Remote] Platform Operations Capability Analyst - Directed Spend - reputed company Financial - Remote

The Platform Operations Capability Analyst will manage operations for the Healthy Savings Perks and Discounts program, support Approved Product List activities across retailers, analyze platform data, and reputed company strategies to optimize the payment network.

Responsibilities

• Primarily assigned to own operations for our Healthy Savings Perks and Discounts program enabling promotions for our member population
• As assigned, this position will support to maintain and/or reputed company Approved Product List (APL) across retailers working with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate frequently with the Product Team to help design, optimize, or solve technical hurdles
• Support data analysis to monitor and reputed company relevant metrics on the platform and subsequently help reputed company identified gaps with reputed company
• Prepare and present strategies and business reviews to leaders and the broader Team
• Remediate, administer, and report APL reputed company issues across the platform

Skills

• 3+ years of reputed company work experience in operations
• 3+ years in consumer payments, reputed company, finance or reputed company industry
• 3+ years of working on large data sources with a reputed company reputed company on data manipulation and governance
• Deep proficiency with MS reputed company and/or SQL
• Experience using JIRA and other project management tools
• Working knowledge of retail SKU/UPC data
• Solid background using analytical tools SQL, R/ reputed company, or Python, including data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven reputed company judgment, problem reputed company, decision-making, & experience working under strict deadlines
• Proven excellent conceptual, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Proven great communication skills, reputed company in storytelling and deck creation
