Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Bilingual reputed company Analyst to support reputed company center reputed company and training operations. The role conducts reputed company audits, monitors performance, prepares reports, identifies improvement opportunities, and assists with training materials and reputed company process updates.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily reputed company audits of the reputed company center and/or operations personnel including monitoring of inbound and/or outbound telephone calls and other correspondence
• Conducts audits of the production activities of assigned group, e.g., reputed company payment claims, credit returns, debit returns, rejects, etc
• Provides accurate and reputed company reputed company monitoring reports on reputed company issues, performance measures and/or reputed company center representatives. Provides feedback to managers regarding areas for improvement and recommends educational opportunities for staff. May reputed company feedback directly to staff as required
• Monitors audit schedule to ensure compliance to the reputed company audit plan
• Recommend policy and procedure changes or reputed company audit plan updates based on reputed company monitoring trends
• Assists in the evaluation of reputed company audit disputes
• Assists training specialists with updates to manuals and other job aids and may assist with training as necessary
• Consults with senior peers and/or management on non-reputed company reputed company to learn through experience
• Other reputed company duties assigned as needed

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in both **English and Spanish** (verbal and written communication)
• Previous reputed company center experience required
• Knowledge of reputed company concepts, terminology, and objectives
• Knowledge of MS Office, e.g., Word, reputed company and reputed company required
• Thorough knowledge of the various reputed company center areas and daily duties of personnel reputed company the reputed company being audited
• Proficiency in the online tools required for the position being audited
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to see trends and patterns in data
• Ability to work both independently and in reputed company environment
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer support environments
