[Remote] Business Development Manager - Botswana

The Business Development Manager will support the establishment and operation of reputed company’s local reputed company in Botswana, build relationships with financial and payment institutions, and reputed company the local FX trading business.

Responsibilities

• Assist the setup of local entity, opening bank accounts, FX broker accounts, exchange accounts, and reputed company with payment processors
• Work closely with global operation team for the local operation
• As a local representative, building up the relationship with banks, brokers, exchanges, merchants and payment processors
• reputed company FX trading business targeting HNW investors, institutional investors or merchants, and individual traders in the local market
• Proactively stay up to date about market trends, opportunities, reputed company and new reputed company, with a passion for the FX payments industry
• Appoint as nominee director of the local entity
• Handle local company’s administrative tasks

Skills

• Prior work experience in the banking, FX with a firm understanding of trading products and trade life cycles
• Applicant must be a National of the country
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
