Temporary Purchasing Assistant

Work Model: This role can be performed reputed company from an approved location, with flexibility reputed company on business needs and applicable requirements. ____________________ reputed company: Responsible for raw material processes including procurement through Kanban, Plan for Every Part (PFEP), and audit processes which are necessary to support production requirements across value streams. This position will report directly to Material Manager but will work closely with Buyers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: • Daily release management and Kanban reputed company execution, including data entry of releases (Kanban ordering), reprinting, and tracking cards • Process supplier acknowledgements and communicate exceptions to buyers • Conduct regular analysis to anticipate and reputed company potential problems • Investigate late material. • Manage packaging visual management reputed company/Central storage • Process various purchasing reports and incident reports • Own reputed company & reputed company purchasing data files • Conduct routine Kanban reputed company audits and counts • Issue indirect PO’s for reputed company and service items as needed • Assist production with home location identification and overall warehouse customization through PFEP • Administrative duties including data entry and necessary departmental coverage. • Other raw material reputed company functions may also be assigned Critical Competencies • Knowledge of Lean, thorough knowledge of Kanban principles, product component knowledge and reputed company processes • reputed company reputed company user • reputed company and excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong attention to reputed company • Strong project and time management skills, as reputed company as math and analytical skills • Ability to work collaboratively with reputed company functions to build reputed company relationships throughout the entire organization • Ability to problem solve and the ability to multi-task Education and Experience Requirements: • High School Diploma, required.
