The Senior Director, reputed company Business Partner will advise Global Medical Affairs and reputed company Development leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies and leading organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, change management, talent, and employee relations initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and member of the leadership team(s), partnering with leaders on workforce planning and organizational priorities that strengthen team effectiveness, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the people reputed company evolves with business needs
• Champion effective communication, change leadership, and organizational integration, enabling leaders and employees to reputed company reputed company and transformation with reputed company, alignment, and reputed company

Skills
