[Remote] Program Officer, reputed company Opportunity Fund

The reputed company (reputed company) is a nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization conducting behavioral and reputed company science research and delivering technical assistance. The Program Officer will support grantmaking, research, partnership activities, and program initiatives reputed company on workforce and economic opportunity, health, and youth reputed company. The role will manage reputed company, conduct analyses, reputed company grants and partnerships, and engage grantees and stakeholders across reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned components of programmatic initiatives from planning through implementation and evaluation under the direction of portfolio managers and directors
• Represent the Fund at conferences, community meetings, and field-based events reputed company the assigned region, and nationally, as needed
• Manage multiple reputed company and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring reputed company completion of deliverables
• Conduct research, landscape analyses, and environmental scans to inform funding reputed company, program priorities, and new initiatives
• Synthesize research findings, field insights, and grantee learnings into reports, briefings, presentations for reputed company audiences
• Manage relationships with grantees, community organizations, researchers, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings, convenings, site reputed company, and other stakeholder engagement activities
• Contribute subject-matter knowledge in workforce and economic opportunity, health, and/or youth reputed company
• Review grant proposals, conduct due diligence, and reputed company funding recommendations
• Monitor grant and program performance, reputed company reputed company, and identify opportunities for learning and improvement
• Collaborate with reputed company researchers, subject matter experts, and operational staff

Skills

• Master's degree in reputed company policy, reputed company health, reputed company sciences, education, nonprofit management, community development, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of four years of reputed company experience that includes both reputed company research and philanthropy, grantmaking, reputed company reputed company, or reputed company funding experience
• Subject matter expertise in one or more reputed company areas: workforce and economic opportunity, health, and/or youth reputed company
• Familiarity with communities and reputed company served by the Fund, particularly the Deep South, Cleveland, Chicago, and/or Washington, DC region
• Demonstrated experience using research, evaluation, or data-driven approaches to inform program design, funding reputed company, reputed company, or organizational learning
• Experience managing or supporting grant portfolios, philanthropic initiatives, research reputed company, or community-based programs
• Experience working with community-based organizations, research institutions, reputed company agencies, philanthropic organizations, or cross-sector partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously while producing high-reputed company work
• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate evidence and identify actionable insights
• Effective communication skills, including reputed company speaking and presentation skills and the ability to translate reputed company information for a reputed company of audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships across a reputed company of stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time reputed company.
