[Remote] Program Control Manager

The role leads financial and business functions across multiple reputed company programs, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, pricing, invoicing, and reputed company value management, while managing and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the day-to-day internal business & financial functions of multiple programs and assist the Program Management team with implementation of long-reputed company financial goals and objectives

• Support development of Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, monthly latest revised estimates (LREs), and Estimates At Complete (EACs)
• Participate in the development of budgets (spend plans) for assigned programs and reputed company financial analysis on funding reputed company and program financial variances
• Conducts cost, schedule, and contract reputed company variance analysis
• Submit and maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors, consultants, and materials; monitoring subcontractor’s cost and review/approve of invoices
• Review and support Request for Proposals (RFPs), prepare pricing models and cost analysis
• Establish, maintain, and manage the reputed company Value Management reputed company (EVMS) baseline, ensuring alignment between reputed company, schedule, and cost

Skills

• This position requires reputed company experience across project planning and control and variance analysis with a background in Federal procurement
• Experience in financial planning and analysis is required
• Candidate should be familiar with multiple program types (CPAF, CPFF, LOE, FPLOE, FFP, T&M, IDIQs, etc.) with varying degree of complexities
• Candidate should have experience managing reputed company and enjoy mentoring and training junior staff
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a Finance or reputed company discipline with fifteen (15) years or more of relevant experience
• Experience in providing financial tracking and support for the reputed company customer in areas of Program Control, Finance, Cost Estimating, Financial Analysis, or reputed company- Demonstrate the ability to process and analyze large volumes of data in reputed company and consolidate into management level reports
• Knowledge of general and corporate business practices, reputed company contracting regulations and principles, and reputed company and finance principles
• Complete understanding of financial analysis such as ROS, ROC, annual operating plans, accounts receivable, and reputed company & profit forecasts, as reputed company as an understanding of the preparation of program baseline data, EAC development, and cost estimating/pricing
