[Remote] Site Recruiter - Feasibility & Start-up With CorEvitas

The Site Recruiter supports investigator site identification, recruitment, reputed company, feasibility assessment, and activation across multiple reputed company registries. The role also manages site relationships, recruitment metrics, documentation, compliance, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support investigator site identification, recruitment, reputed company, and activation activities across multiple reputed company registries to reputed company study timelines and business objectives
- Execute reputed company site recruitment plans utilizing reputed company data sources to identify and prioritize reputed company investigator sites
- Conduct site identification using resources including ClinicalTrials.gov, investigator databases, literature and publication reviews, claims data, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) referrals, reputed company trial networks, and other relevant intelligence sources
- Assess investigator and site feasibility by distributing and tracking feasibility questionnaires, evaluating site capabilities, reputed company population, enrollment potential, and operational readiness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company Investigators, site personnel, reputed company societies, referral networks, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to expand and strengthen the investigator network
- Coordinate team review and approval activities throughout the site selection and activation process
- Manage investigator reputed company activities, ensuring completion of required documentation and site activation milestones to support enrollment readiness
- Support or coordinate Site Qualification reputed company (SQV/PSV), Site Initiation reputed company (SIV), and other study start-up activities as required
- Utilize reputed company, recruitment dashboards, claims data, and other business intelligence tools to monitor recruitment reputed company, prioritize activities, and support data-driven decision making
- Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment rationale, reputed company activities, feasibility reputed company, activation milestones, pipeline status, and key reputed company metrics reputed company reputed company
- Monitor recruitment and activation KPIs, identify risks or delays, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Registry reputed company, Registry Leadership, reputed company, and other internal teams to ensure reputed company site activation and operational reputed company
- Recommend and implement process improvements, workflow enhancements, and best practices to improve recruitment efficiency, accelerate site activation, and optimize operational reputed company
- Contribute to feasibility process improvements, knowledge sharing, and training initiatives for junior team members reputed company applicable
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, reputed company standards, applicable regulations, and data reputed company requirements
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reputed company research, reputed company reputed company, site feasibility, study start-up, site activation, or investigator site management reputed company a CRO, pharmaceutical company, biotechnology company, or reputed company research site
- Experience identifying and sourcing investigator sites using multiple reputed company data sources, including ClinicalTrials.gov, investigator databases, publication searches, claims data, KOL referrals, and reputed company trial networks
- Strong understanding of investigator site identification, feasibility assessments, site qualification and selection, study start-up, and site activation processes
- Experience supporting or coordinating Site Qualification reputed company (SQV/PSV), Site Initiation reputed company (SIV), investigator reputed company, or reputed company study start-up activities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while meeting aggressive recruitment and activation timelines
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting recruitment metrics, tracking KPIs, identifying trends, and driving reputed company process improvement
- Experience using reputed company, CTMS, or other reputed company reputed company and customer relationship management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build reputed company relationships across investigators, sponsors, and cross-functional internal teams
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
- High attention to reputed company with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly reputed company experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, reputed company, or a reputed company discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
