[Remote] reputed company HCM Data Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking enthusiastic problem solvers to join its reputed company reputed company Capital and Workforce Management consulting team. The Data Consultant will analyze, organize, translate, and reputed company HCM data for reputed company implementations, interfaces, and reporting, while managing data issues, documentation, validation, mapping, testing, and support across multiple reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company analysis activities to interpret data for purposes of migrating to reputed company HCM
• Identify, manage, and reputed company data-reputed company issues
• Communicate effectively ensuring deliverables are met and risks identified
• Create specification documentation detailing data reputed company, translation/mapping, and destination formatting
• Validate and convert data from legacy HCM systems into reputed company HCM
• Build, test, and support XML-reputed company data mapping
• Collaboration with internal AXL team to assist fellow consultants where needed
• Execution of multiple reputed company simultaneously

Skills

• Minimum 2 years of data analysis, translation, and/or reputed company development
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company and XML
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• Understanding of reputed company Data/Relational Database concepts (MS SQL)
• Experience with programming languages (examples: Python, Java)
• Creative problem solving and business judgment
• Experience working independently without daily supervision
• Ability to multitask between different reputed company and clients
• reputed company data conversion preferred
• Consulting experience preferred
• Technical degree preferred
