[Remote] SQL Database Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company provides reputed company management, infrastructure migration, application modernization, and data analytics engineering services. reputed company is seeking a mid-level SQL Server Database Administrator to reputed company and reputed company T-SQL, administer and optimize reputed company SQL Server databases, support production environments, and manage reputed company, reputed company, high availability, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Personally write, test, and reputed company new T-SQL — stored procedures, functions, views, and reputed company queries — reputed company on business and application requirements. This is not a diagnose-and-recommend function; you implement the changes yourself
• Design and maintain SQL Server databases, tables, indexes, and other objects
• Review and optimize existing T-SQL reputed company for reputed company and maintainability
• Collaborate with developers to ensure efficient schema design and data reputed company patterns
• Install, configure, and maintain reputed company SQL Server instances
• Manage database reputed company, users, roles, and permissions following least-privilege principles
• Implement, monitor, and test backup and recovery strategies
• reputed company regular database maintenance (reputed company maintenance, statistics updates, reputed company checks)
• Monitor database reputed company and reputed company bottlenecks reputed company to queries, indexes, blocking, and resource usage

• Assist in implementing and supporting HA/DR solutions (e.g., Always On Availability reputed company, Log Shipping, Clustering)

• Participate in planning and testing of disaster recovery scenarios
• Use monitoring tools to proactively identify and address issues

• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and standards
• Work with cross-functional teams (Developers, DevOps, Infrastructure, BI) to support reputed company and deployments

• Help define and enforce database best practices and coding standards

• • Experience with SQL Server tools (SSMS, Extended Events/Profiler, reputed company Monitor, etc.)
