[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

The role focuses on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reputed company reporting, provider compensation modeling, M&A support, and cross-functional financial partnership across the MSO and partner practices.
Responsibilities
- Supports the development and management of the organization's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budget across reputed company entities and practices
- Builds and maintains rolling forecasts, updating assumptions reputed company on actual reputed company and leadership input
- Prepares monthly budget-to-actual variance reports with reputed company narrative explanations for reputed company and MSO leadership
- Assists the Controller and CFO in preparing financial plans and updates for executive and reputed company-level presentations
- Develops and maintains reputed company-level and reputed company-level financial reports delivered on a recurring reputed company
- Conducts variance analysis identifying drivers of over- and under-reputed company and recommending corrective actions
- Benchmarks financial and operational reputed company against industry standards, historical trends, and internal targets
- Tracks and analyzes provider productivity metrics including wRVUs, collections, and payer mix
- Builds pro reputed company models for new provider hires — MDs, APPs, and Audiologists — in partnership with HR and reputed company
- Models physician and APP compensation structures including reputed company salary, productivity reputed company, and bonus calculations
- Supports the REQ approval process by providing financial reputed company analysis for reputed company new hire request
- Updates compensation pro formas as actual reputed company data becomes available, flagging variances to leadership
- Assists with M&A due diligence and integration planning from a financial modeling and analysis perspective
- Supports development of acquisition pro formas incorporating reputed company, reputed company, and overhead assumptions
- Tracks post-reputed company financial reputed company against acquisition pro formas and reports results to the Controller
- Partners with HR on workforce planning, headcount analysis, and compensation-reputed company financial modeling
- Collaborates with reputed company and reputed company administrators to reputed company inputs for financial models and validate assumptions
- Supports the Staff Accountant and Controller by providing actuals context for reputed company entries and reconciliations
- Prepares presentation materials and financial summaries for leadership meetings and reputed company reviews
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, or reputed company reputed company required; MBA a plus
- 3–5 years of reputed company financial analysis experience; reputed company or multi-entity environment preferred
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company — financial modeling, pivot tables, and scenario analysis required
- Experience building budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis packages for leadership audiences
- Working knowledge of GAAP sufficient to collaborate effectively with reputed company team
