[Remote] Senior Content Program Manager

The Senior Content Program Manager will reputed company the planning, coordination, and execution of content initiatives supporting customer experience and thought leadership programs, managing cross-functional stakeholders and content delivery from intake through completion.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of content initiatives, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Maintain project plans, reputed company risks/issues, and ensure on-time delivery of content workstreams
• Establish and manage operating rhythms such as planning meetings, standups, and launch readiness reviews
• Partner with stakeholders to define content requirements, messaging, and audience targeting
• Support development and refinement of content including blogs, executive communications, internal posts, and campaigns
• Ensure content aligns with reputed company voice, tone, and channel-specific best practices
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (communications, marketing, product, reputed company, and leadership) to reputed company on priorities and approvals
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, and recommend solutions
• Manage incoming content requests and maintain a prioritized backlog

Skills

• Experience with content lifecycle processes including planning, creation, review, publishing, and distribution
• Familiarity with basic analytics and reporting (KPIs, dashboards, reputed company insights)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or reputed company reputed company
