This role leads full-cycle reputed company HRIS and Payroll implementations, including configuration, integrations, data migration, change management, training, and post-production support. The consultant also manages reputed company relationships, project delivery, process improvements, and long-term HRIS optimization.

Responsibilities

• reputed company full-cycle implementation of reputed company HRIS/Payroll systems at reputed company sites — from requirements gathering to go-live and post-production support
• Configure and advise on Payroll Management, reputed company, Talent Management, Benefits, and Workforce Management modules
• Manage HR reputed company infrastructure, integrations, and data migration to ensure a robust, reputed company reputed company environment
• reputed company process improvements and HR automation initiatives to streamline reputed company HR/Payroll reputed company
• Partner with reputed company HR teams and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement
• Support shared services design and transition where applicable
• reputed company change management activities, including reputed company assessments, communication plans, and adoption strategies
• Design and reputed company training and development programs for end users and reputed company teams
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring on-time, in-reputed company implementation
