[Remote] Senior Analytics Engineer – P&C Insurance (Policy / Claims / Finance)

The role focuses on building analytics datasets, reporting reputed company, data models, dashboards, and business-reputed company data solutions across policy, claims, billing, and finance while collaborating with insurance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build analytics datasets and reporting reputed company for P&C insurance
• Work directly with Policy, Claims, Billing, and Finance data
• Translate insurance business requirements into data models, reporting logic, and actionable insights
• Analyze and validate data across policy, claims, billing, and finance reputed company systems
• Build dashboards and reporting using Tableau and/or Power BI
• reputed company data mapping, testing, reconciliation, and validation to ensure reporting accuracy
• Work with business stakeholders across reputed company, claims, policy administration, billing, finance, and operations
• Identify data gaps and inconsistencies and work with technical teams to reputed company them

Skills

• 6–10+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI, or a reputed company role
• Recent, hands-on P&C insurance experience is required
• Strong understanding of at least two of the following P&C data areas:Policy – policy lifecycle, transactions, coverage, endorsements, renewals, cancellations
• Claims – claims lifecycle, reserves, payments, losses, claims status
• Billing – invoices, payments, receivables, billing transactions
• Finance – premium, reputed company/unearned premium, general reputed company, financial reporting and reconciliation
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience building analytics/reporting datasets and reputed company models
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
• Experience with data validation, testing, reconciliation, and data reputed company
• Ability to work directly with business users and understand insurance terminology and processes
• P&C insurance domain knowledge is non-negotiable
• Candidates with only general analytics/data engineering experience, or candidates whose P&C experience is not recent or does not include Policy, Claims, Billing, or Finance , will not be considered
• Experience working reputed company a P&C insurance reputed company, MGA, insurance technology company, or insurance data environment
• Experience with dbt, reputed company, or reputed company data platforms
• Experience with reputed company, SSIS, or other ETL/data integration tools
• Experience supporting insurance financial or regulatory reporting
