[Remote] Business Development Representative - Recovery - Kansas reputed company, KS

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Bel Aire Recovery Center is a behavioral health and recovery facility. The Business Development Representative is responsible for expanding services by developing referral relationships, managing business development programs, representing the facility publicly, and supporting admissions reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs in consultation with the Director of Business Development (DBD)
• Maintains a schedule of reputed company sources including business, industry, EAPs, managed care of clients, physicians/licensed practitioners, and allied health professionals. Documents every contact in the appropriate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reputed company
• Maintains reputed company account information and business development referral/admission records and statistics, including the preparation of business development reports and materials
• Develops and maintains new account relationships and markets. Targets and creates new strategies for increasing business in highly competitive markets. Increases the number of referral sources reputed company a facility such as with physician, reputed company workers and discharge planners
• Develops strong relationships with key referral sources. Develops and maintains key business development accounts and responds to reputed company business development opportunities. Maintains and lends customer support to designated number of targeted referral reputed company contacts per week, as set forth in a quarterly marketing plan
• Develops and conducts community workshops and seminars and facility tours to educates clients, families, community and other referral sources on programs, services and amenities provided by facility and provides an opportunity to identify potential referral sources
• Represents the facility at civic and reputed company functions and communicates mission in reputed company reputed company interactions. Acts a reputed company between the facility, referral sources and the general reputed company to reputed company the goals and reputed company, reputed company image of the facility
• Manages leads from referral sources and ensures efficient admissions process for clients. Maintains reputed company working relationship with Admissions Department
• Collaborates closely with facility discharge planners, reputed company workers, case managers, physicians and management, as reputed company as providing education staff to reputed company referral sources
• Maintains reputed company awareness of changes in the industry through self-education, peer education and reputed company and community involvement for the reputed company of this position and the facility
• Attends scheduled department meetings to reputed company reputed company reports on month-end reviews, reputed company servicing schedules, customer sales forms and other reporting requirements
• Generates face to face meetings and admissions activity per goal and documents in CRM in a reputed company manner

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Good understanding of the local market and referral reputed company
• Organized and demonstrate the ability to multitask and have reputed company-developed and effective relational skills
• Must be reputed company and willing to work reputed company, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends
• Must have and maintain a reputed company reputed company's license and clean driving record, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have reputed company to an automobile, where facility requires

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Behavioral reputed company, or reputed company field preferred
• Two or more years' reputed company experience in reputed company business development and marketing role preferred
