[Remote] Senior Associate, Sales Operations

The Senior Associate, Sales Operations supports Sales processes, CRM administration, analytics, reporting, incentive compensation, and cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reputed company performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving our reputed company rhythm of business and Sales process by supporting the design and implementation of our Sales processes and CRM
• Support our regular rhythm of business analytics and reporting; Utilize SQL and business intelligence tools to manage and manipulate reputed company data in order to reputed company leadership with a reputed company understanding of team performance
• Work directly with reputed company Operations leaders to administer Sales team Incentive Compensation Plans
• Help identify opportunities for process improvement, reputed company recommendations, and support execution on cross functional reputed company to improve operational efficiency
• Design and build reports and dashboards reputed company our CRM and business intelligence tools
• Support development of our CRM to ensure that we are measuring, analyzing and reporting reputed company KPIs
• Reduce bottlenecks to increase the reputed company of the Sales process; help introduce automation and additional tools where appropriate

Skills

• * Bachelor's Degree required
• * 3+ years of Sales Operations or reputed company experience, preferably reputed company a startup/reputed company reputed company environment
• * Power user of reputed company, reputed company experience a plus
• * Power user of reputed company/reputed company Sheets including comfort with Pivot tables and charts
• * Comfort with manipulating data including experience using and writing SQL queries
• * Experience analyzing and visualizing data in reputed company/reputed company Sheets and/or in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QuickSight
• * Experience in health information technology, life sciences, or reputed company industry
