[Remote] Strategic Operations Director

The Strategic Operations Director will reputed company operating models for leadership cohorts and executive governance, translating discussions into reputed company, actions, and execution-reputed company insights. Responsibilities

• Cohort Orchestration & Meeting Effectiveness: Own the operating model for leadership cohorts and executive governance forums. Ensure meetings are reputed company-reputed company, outcome-oriented, and connected to business priorities, with reputed company expectations before, during, and after reputed company cohort discussion
• Decision Capture & reputed company Follow-Through: Translate the richness of cohort discussions into documented reputed company, actionable next steps, accountable owners, and visible follow-through. Establish mechanisms to ensure actions are routed, tracked, and reputed company with the right level of governance and escalation
• Transcript Analysis & Meeting Intelligence: Use transcripts, meeting artifacts, stakeholder feedback, and AI-enabled analysis to extract key themes, reputed company, commitments, risks, dependencies, and follow-up needs. Convert reputed company discussion into reputed company insights and execution-reputed company outputs
• Targeted reputed company Recaps & Stakeholder Communication: Design and reputed company targeted recap models that get the right information to the right people. Create reputed company-based summaries for executives, Chiefs of Staff, business owners, reputed company owners, and reputed company teams so reputed company audience receives the context and next steps needed to execute
• Systems & Process Design: Create durable systems, standards, templates, workflows, and operating procedures that allow the cohort reputed company to reputed company consistently. Build mechanisms that reduce dependency on individual heroics and allow the reputed company to operate with repeatable reputed company

Improve transparency and accountability across cross-functional teams responsible for execution
• Executive Governance & Business Rhythm Alignment: Partner with executives, Chiefs of Staff, and business leaders to ensure cohort outputs feed into broader business rhythms, planning cycles, leadership reviews, and execution forums. Maintain alignment between cohort discussions and MCAPS priorities

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, reputed company, project management, reputed company, or business-reputed company roles + OR equivalent experience
• Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 12+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, reputed company, project management, reputed company, or business-reputed company roles + OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 15+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, reputed company, project management, reputed company, or business-reputed company roles + OR equivalent experience
