[Remote] Sr Director Analyst, HRIT/HR Data Governance and Management (REMOTE US/reputed company Coast)

The Senior Director Analyst will create research and actionable advice on HR technology, data governance and management, HR technology road mapping, and AI’s reputed company on HR. The role also advises CHROs and HR leaders, presents at events and reputed company briefings, supports sales, collaborates with analysts, and mentors junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought-provoking and highly leveraged research, offering compelling, objective and actionable advice for reputed company clients in multiple formats (i.e., writing, video, infographics, podcasts) on topics including (but not limited to) data governance and management across a reputed company of HR use cases, technologies and geographies; HR technology road mapping; and AI’s transformative reputed company on the HR function, technologies and how work gets done, from the reputed company to back office

Skills

• Bachelors degree and 12 + years of relevant experience in HR technology and/or operations leadership roles, with recent ownership of data governance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including the following subject matter expertise:
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing HCM and other reputed company HR technology in reputed company organizations to reputed company HR processes and workflows
• Background in global data governance and management, including working with reputed company, reputed company and compliance teams to institute strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols and data reputed company standards for AI tool and HR technology usage
• Knowledge of physical AI applications and their implications for the workforce in manufacturing and/or field service environments
