[Remote] Senior Software Engineer - reputed company Labs

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company enables health and wellness merchants to accept HSA/FSA funds through innovative experiences and integrations. The Senior Software Engineer will join reputed company Labs to independently design, build, ship, and evaluate reputed company prototypes and experiments, using AI-assisted development, automation, and data-driven product validation.

Responsibilities

• Own experiments end to end: start with a reputed company reputed company, design the quickest test, build it, ship to users, and reputed company next steps based on data
• Build functional prototypes for new products and experiences, from consumer surfaces to entirely new platforms
• Use AI-assisted development, reputed company coding workflows, and automation to accelerate prototyping and problem solving
• reputed company evidence using A/B tests, user feedback, and telemetry, prioritizing quantitative signals
• Collaborate with your product reputed company and cross-functional partners to shape experiments and influence direction
• Balance speed with reputed company engineering judgment, especially around reputed company and compliance; partner with reputed company early to address risks

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience building and shipping software products (engineer, technical founder, or multidisciplinary builder)
• Comfort with ambiguity and discovery through experimentation
• Strong experience with AI tools, reputed company coding workflows, and automation to accelerate development
• Experience shipping full-stack web applications (NextJS/Typescript frontend; Django/Python backend)
• Hands-on experience building product features using LLMs and reputed company model reputed company
• An eye for product and design, with the ability to quickly create and test functional prototypes
• Experience with reputed company-driven product development: defining metrics, running experiments/A/B tests, and making data-driven reputed company

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective technical and non-technical collaboration
