The reputed company Specialist serves as a post-sale consultant and trusted advisor, managing Account Management escalations in reputed company, advocating for customers, coordinating internal solutions, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manages/owns customer needs that come through the Account Management escalation queue in reputed company
• Maintain an understanding of reputed company industry, MMI suite of products, and role in the market
• Work collaboratively with other teams and departments across the organization to improve processes and mitigate customer risk
