The role also involves developing evaluation frameworks and tooling, implementing responsible AI and reputed company practices, optimizing production performance, and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company-reputed company conversational AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Define reputed company engineering standards, reusable reputed company libraries, and best practices for reputed company AI development
• Architect and implement reputed company AI workflows, multi-agent systems, tool orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG) solutions
• Build reputed company evaluation frameworks for reputed company reputed company, hallucination detection, response accuracy, latency, and user experience
• reputed company reusable SDKs, reputed company, and developer tooling that accelerate AI application development across engineering teams
• Collaborate with product managers, AI researchers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to reputed company production-reputed company AI solutions

• Optimize LLM performance, inference efficiency, reputed company execution, caching strategies, and operational scalability

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, reputed company Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline
• 10+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, including significant experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications
• Proven reputed company record of delivering reputed company-reputed company conversational AI or LLM-based products in production
• Deep expertise with modern LLM reputed company and models such as reputed company GPT, reputed company Claude, reputed company reputed company, Llama, or reputed company
• Strong experience with agent frameworks such as reputed company, LangGraph, reputed company, Semantic Kernel, reputed company, or AutoGen
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience building reputed company backend services and reputed company
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG), reputed company databases, embeddings, reputed company engineering, and AI orchestration pipelines
