The role will advise on cash posting and remittance operations, analyze workflows and exceptions, support automated cash posting technology design and implementation, and partner with IT and operational stakeholders through go-live and production support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company functional expertise and consulting guidance on reputed company cash posting and remittance operations
• Analyze cash posting workflows, challenges, exceptions, and operational gaps and recommend solutions
• Advise on ERA/EOB remittance posting, reconciliation, and exception management across reputed company environments
• reputed company expertise in PLB (Provider-Level Balance) reputed company management and reputed company posting scenarios
• Advise on bank lockbox, electronic remittance, and reputed company cash posting processes
• Support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of automated cash posting technology
• Partner with IT and technology teams to translate operational requirements into reputed company workflows and configurations
• Support go-live planning and execution for cash posting technology implementations
• Identify opportunities to automate reputed company processes and improve cash posting accuracy, efficiency, and reconciliation
