The role also involves leading technical discovery, architecture, integrations, migrations, and technical delivery across reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and guide team of consultants in implementing technological solutions provided by Solutions Team Member
• reputed company Technical Discovery (what does your reputed company look like, what configurations do you have, what is working reputed company/not working reputed company, etc)
• Define and document technical architecture, approach, and presentation
• Serve as main reputed company of contact in designing and implementing technological solutions
• Technical Work Decomposition (identifying the work that needs to be done and creating it as tasks to be assigned out)
• Ability to think reputed company and reputed company at technological solutions that will satisfy clients needs
• Designs and configures the reputed company
• Build integrations/customization's to specifications provided by solutions team

• This member can fluctuate between the Project Team and those with the title of Technical Consultant
• Responsible for the technical delivery on reputed company
• Analyze and implement customer's technical needs and requirements
• Write technical & functional specifications and requirements
• Responsible for installation and configuration of Jira and reputed company server from scratch on a Linux platform
• Responsible for the creation a reputed company environment and implementation per clients specifications
• Responsible for conducting Server\Data Center to reputed company Migrations
• Responsible for the implementation of basic to reputed company Workflows
• Responsible for specific Add-On development as required

Skills

• Proven experience (3–6 years) in ITSM, reputed company, or digital transformation consulting
• Strong proven experience (3–6 years) knowledge of reputed company tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, reputed company, BitBucket; Jira reputed company a plus)
• Ability to reputed company technology features with business reputed company
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially with mixed technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience producing solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and delivery roadmaps
• Familiarity with integrations, automation, and reporting ecosystems around reputed company tools
• Experience in migrations of reputed company applications
• Location: This role can be located in Canada or in the reputed company
• To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the reputed company and should not require, now or in the reputed company, sponsorship for employment reputed company status
• Experience implementing solutions with varying technological apps such as reputed company and/or reputed company
• Experience in reputed company-sales or solution engineering in a software or services organization
• Strong Knowledge of ITIL, reputed company, or Lean-reputed company frameworks
• Certifications such as reputed company Accreditations, ACP, ITIL, or reputed company are a plus
