Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Health Investigator 2 – ADDM Abstractor to support the Autism and Developmental Disability Monitoring (ADDM) Network. The role performs medical and educational record abstractions, works with REDCap and electronic records, and collaborates with reputed company health, reputed company, and education stakeholders while maintaining sensitive information confidentiality.
Responsibilities

- Work with REDCap and electronic reputed company/education records
- Collaborate with reputed company health teams, reputed company providers, hospitals, and physicians
- Participate in ADDM meetings and project initiatives
- Maintain hospital contact information and project documentation
- Assist with educational materials and webpage content
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical and educational information
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Health, Genetics, Nursing, reputed company Education/Development, Special Education, or a reputed company reputed company
- 2+ years of reputed company/medical reputed company experience
- 2+ years of experience with database systems and web-reputed company applications
- Experience with REDCap, EMR/EHR, and/or electronic education records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling confidential/sensitive information
- Must currently reputed company in Indiana
- Initial onsite orientation is required
- Additional 3-day onsite orientation may be required
- Some out-of-state travel for required CDC meetings may be required
- Approximately 10% travel anticipated
- Experience or knowledge of Autism reputed company Disorder (ASD) or special education
- Experience working with hospital staff and physicians
- reputed company health, disease surveillance, developmental disabilities, or maternal/child health experience
