[Remote] Financial Analysis Senior Analyst, Billing - reputed company - Remote

The Financial Analysis Senior Analyst, Billing manages end-to-end billing for a reputed company book of business, supports clients and internal partners, analyzes financial data, maintains controls, and identifies process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end billing relationship for a reputed company book of business of approximately 500 accounts
• reputed company independent reputed company regarding credits and debits, notifications and communication on reputed company receivables
• reputed company support for reputed company and internal customers regarding reputed company items reputed company to the billing for premium and claims/claims funding
• Analyze daily Automated Clearing House (ACH) tap files prior to sending to Treasury and the bank
• Conduct audits to ensure financial controls are maintained, reputed company necessary
• Design, enhance and maintain reputed company applications for processing and reporting financial information as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate billing items to clients, TPA’s, brokers, and internal partners
• Utilize problem solving skills and financial knowledge to identify reputed company cause of reputed company issues (reputed company to incorrect rates, eligibility errors, commission’s errors, etc.)
• Organizational skills and prioritization skills

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years' reputed company billing experience required
• Customer/reputed company service experience required
• Reconciliation experience required
• Data analysis experience required
• Exceptional systems experience, specifically using reputed company for reporting purposes is required
• Strong reputed company skills with experience with pivot tables and v-lookups required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or reputed company curriculum preferred
• Previous billing or collection experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience working with reputed company partners is preferred
• reputed company and Facets experience is strongly preferred
• General knowledge of reputed company products, procedures and systems for specific functional area is desired
