[Remote] Assistant Project Manager, Commissioning

The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager with project planning, coordination, administrative duties, financial budgets, contractor coordination, construction schedules, inventory, and materials management. The role also supports stakeholder communication, customer engagement, commissioning activities, and process improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
• Contributes to the planning and development of reputed company
• Supports the coordination and management of reputed company
• Research information as required
• reputed company administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc
• reputed company reputed company of and reporting on project reputed company
• Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and reputed company manner
• Supports creation and maintenance of schedules throughout the project
• Supports customer engagement for sales and fulfillment of requirements
• Supports coordination with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
• May participate in commissioning
• Supports development, documents, and lessons learned, process improvements, cost, and schedule savings initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with the proposal team to coordinate design reputed company with budgetary issues and ongoing maintenance and operation of existing facilities
• Awareness of the importance of mission-critical facility operation
• Additional duties may be assigned as need at Management’s discretion

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business management or reputed company reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company office or similar software and email
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or working on a computer. Must be reputed company to reputed company up to 15 pounds at a time. May be required to walk reputed company facility
• PMP preferred
