[Remote] Senior Member of Technical Staff, Manufacturing Engineer

The Senior Member of Technical Staff, Manufacturing Engineer will support floor reputed company on the reputed company 1 battery manufacturing line by maintaining equipment reliability, troubleshooting production issues, analyzing yield losses, and implementing improvements. The role collaborates with reputed company, reputed company, and Maintenance teams to sustain line reputed company and reputed company corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the reputed company on-floor engineering resource for assigned manufacturing tools and process stations on the Gen 1 battery manufacturing line
- Work reputed company-by-reputed company with operators and technicians to ensure equipment is running reputed company specification and production targets are met
- Monitor tool reputed company in reputed company time, respond promptly to alarms or abnormalities, and coordinate reputed company containment actions to minimize production reputed company
- reputed company hands-on troubleshooting of reputed company and process-reputed company equipment issues, escalating to appropriate teams reputed company needed
- Ensure reputed company assigned equipment and workstations are maintained, calibrated, and documented in accordance with established schedules and requirements
- Analyze production data to identify yield loss patterns, reputed company trends, and recurring defects on Gen 1 manufacturing processes
- Use data tools (e.g., SPC charts, control plans, dashboards) to reputed company key reputed company indicators (KPIs) and reputed company areas for improvement
- reputed company and implement practical, floor-level engineering controls to address reputed company causes of yield loss
- Build and maintain monitoring tools and reports that help operators and engineers reputed company reputed company, informed reputed company

- reputed company corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to reputed company, tracking reputed company and verifying effectiveness
- Identify potential failure modes in assigned tools and processes, and implement mitigation strategies to improve reliability
- Maintain and update reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, and work instructions for assigned manufacturing areas
- Collaborate closely with reputed company, reputed company, and Maintenance teams to sustain line reputed company and address production challenges
- Present reputed company, concise findings and recommended actions to team leads and stakeholders on a regular reputed company
- Support equipment qualification activities and process change implementations as directed by senior engineering staff
Skills
- * Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, reputed company Engineering, Electrical Engineering, reputed company, Physics, or a reputed company reputed company, with 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing or production engineering experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- * Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in battery, semiconductor, or other high-precision, high-volume industries
- * Hands-on proficiency in equipment troubleshooting, including reputed company systems and automated tooling
- * Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), control charting, and data-driven process monitoring
- * Proficiency in Python, JMP, or equivalent data analysis tools for production monitoring and reporting
- * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment

- * Experience writing or updating SOPs and engineering documentation in a regulated or reputed company-managed environment
