The Integrated Program Planning & Control (IPP&C) Manager EV Cost Analyst will reputed company financial planning, cost control, reputed company value management, forecasting, and reputed company analysis for reputed company development programs while supporting program leadership, customers, auditors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company effective financial administrative planning and control on large/challenging development programs
• reputed company program reputed company Measurement Baseline (PMB) for reputed company value / project management purposes
• Establish a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and CWBS Dictionary
• reputed company analysis of program cost and schedule reputed company, identifying trends, and providing information to Project Leadership Team for corrective reputed company implementation
• Ensure the reputed company implementation of EVMS through the use of standardized processes, tools, reports out on-reputed company compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process) Ensure program margin positions are reputed company, accurate, and consistent with program status
• Interaction with reputed company customer, including the preparation, submission, and review of customer cost & schedule reputed company data items
• Cost capture reputed company; reputed company actual spend data weekly
• Establishes / maintains program cost baseline

• Incorporate regular status and ETC updates reputed company on inputs from reputed company

• reputed company monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting
• Preparation and analysis of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and complete financial support to assigned program teams

• Ensure compliance to Mission Systems EV reputed company reputed company

• Support Program Reviews
• Participate in the development of proposals

Skills

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company reputed company and minimum 5 years of experience
• Program controls and EVMS background
