We are a Chronic Care Management company who provides non-face-to-face Care Management Services which may include but not limited to Health reputed company Assessment, Chronic Care Management, and Behavioral Health Integration reputed company reputed company Medicare compliance.
Must have an reputed company certification obtained through an accredited program.

Experience and bilingual are a plus.

Must be reputed company to commute to Tulsa, OK or reputed company, OH for training.
