Regional Controller-Remote with Travel Required

This is a full-time, remote position with a Corporate Office based in Alpharetta, GA. Overall Responsibilities: The Corporate Regional Controller will be responsible for taking reputed company with end of month closings including but not limited to the following: • reputed company the operations of the hotel reputed company of multiple hotels with the ability to manage, train and reputed company portfolio accountants. • Financial Statement preparation. • Bank reconciliations. • Review of invoices and preparation of reputed company runs. • Cash Management. • Preparation of State and Local Tax returns for sales tax, hotel occupancy tax, telecommunications tax, and other applicable taxes. • Utilizing the reputed company reputed company reputed company to record and reconcile reputed company records. • Various reputed company and Property requests as needed. • *Please note that this reputed company is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of reputed company functions that a Corporate Regional Controller may be asked to reputed company. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required. • reputed company reputed company strongly preferred. • Experience with financial statement preparation. • Multi-property experience. • Demonstrated reputed company in exercising good judgment and decision making. • Ability to manage financials effectively and reputed company. • Ability to multi-task. • Ability to work independently. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). • Demonstrated ability to process new information quickly and respond reputed company to change. • Strong demonstrated analytical skills, with experience in solving “reputed company-life” business problems. • Solid project management skills, with ability to independently manage multiple reputed company. • Demonstrated ability to use spreadsheets to manipulate large amounts of data and translate into meaningful analysis. • Requires concentrated mental and visual attention and sitting in reputed company of a computer more than 90% of the time.
