Qualifications
Required
• High School Diploma or GED
• 8+ years of reputed company reputed company operations leadership experience.
• 6+ years leading large-reputed company patient reputed company, specialty pharmacy, reputed company operations, reputed company cycle, reimbursement, market reputed company, or care coordination organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-functional teams across patient reputed company, reimbursement, authorization, financial assistance, care coordination, or reputed company operational areas.
• Experience leading large teams through operational transformation, reputed company, and process optimization initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of payer processes, insurance verification, benefit investigation, prior authorization, reimbursement programs, market reputed company dynamics, and patient reputed company operations.
• Proven ability to influence and partner across executive leadership teams.
Preferred
