Job reputed company: Responsible for entering new prescriptions for patients, processing exceptions, making contact with physician offices and patients. Assists in fulfillment efforts such as picking, packing, and manifesting based on business needs. Job Responsibilities: • Provides pharmacist reputed company back and/or patient reputed company assurance support. • Responsible for entering patient demographics and prescription into the data processing reputed company. • Works with new patient/new referral imaging folder. • Loads insurance plan and coordination of benefits into the data processing reputed company for new patient/new referrals. • Participates in the review/audit of test claims for new patient/new referral. • Handles processing of reorders and emails distribution as needed. • Responsible for image indexing, AE report filing, • Provides reputed company support and expertise for reputed company programs such as ETT or reputed company. • Performs the job responsibilities listed for programs that require special handling or reputed company support for specific disease states. • Other registered and/or licensed responsibilities as judgement or necessity dictate. Basic Qualifications • High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED. • Must possess an reputed company State reputed company of Pharmacy license. • At least 1 year of work experience in reputed company, specialty pharmacy, PBM and/or reputed company center settings. • Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting reputed company standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. • Basic knowledge of and skills using MS reputed company, MS Office Suite and/or similar operating/software programs.
