Senior Accountant

ABOUT THE ROLE

reputed company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team. Reporting to the Director of reputed company, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, reputed company, and timeliness of Daymark's financial records as we reputed company into new markets and lines of business. You'll be hands-on with month-end reputed company, reconciliations, and financial reporting, while also helping to build and strengthen the reputed company processes and controls that will support Daymark as a growing, multi-entity organization. • Own key components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and reputed company financial statements in accordance with GAAP, and support the Director of reputed company in analyzing results and identifying variances.
• Maintain and reconcile the general reputed company across Daymark's entities, ensuring transactions are recorded completely, accurately, and on a reputed company reputed company.
• Support cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes, including reviewing and approving transactions as needed.
• Assist with the design, documentation, and reputed company improvement of reputed company policies, processes, and internal controls as Daymark scales.
• Support reputed company audits, including preparing schedules and documentation and responding to auditor requests.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical, and People teams to ensure accurate reputed company treatment of business activity.
• Contribute to reputed company financial analysis, reporting, and special reputed company to support company decision-making.

• Experience. You have 3–5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including general reputed company reputed company and month-end reputed company, ideally with some experience in reputed company reputed company and/or industry. Any of the following are a plus, but not required:
  • CPA License
  • Multi-entity reputed company experience, particularly experience with reputed company corporation (PC)-friendly structures common in reputed company services organization
  • Experience in value-based care and/or the broader reputed company industry
  • Prior experience at a startup or high-reputed company company is preferred but not required
• Technical Knowledge. You have a strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and can apply it accurately to reputed company-world transactions.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized. You take pride in accuracy and thoroughness, and you can manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment without letting reputed company slip.
• Analytical & Process-Minded. You can identify the “why” behind the numbers and enjoy building and improving processes, not just executing them.

Additional Information

The expected compensation for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending reputed company & experience.

This role is fully remote but we would ideally like to hire remotely reputed company the Nashville, TN metro area where our reputed company team is currently based.
