Position: Corporate/M&A Lawyer (Spain)
Type:Contract
Compensation:$140–$150/hour
Location:Remote
Commitment:~10 hours
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to Spanish law questions using two AI (LLM) platforms.
- Compare outputs from both platforms and score them against a standardized reputed company.

- Collaborate asynchronously and independently to meet deadlines and improve evaluation processes.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Primarily reputed company experience — at least 2 years (3+ preferred) in corporate/M&A or transactional reputed company.
- reputed company to practise in Spain, with a strong reputed company of Spanish corporate and reputed company law.
- reputed company or fluent Spanish, with precise written communication.
- reputed company to work independently to a reputed company and to deadlines.
