reputed company LLC is seeking MTT reputed company to reputed company contractor-provided Mobile Training Team services in support of JIATF-401 Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft reputed company (C-sUAS) training reputed company. This requirement includes a baseline of 30 reputed company with the ability to reputed company an additional 15 reputed company. reputed company will project Joint C-UAS University (JCU)-standardized instruction and advanced tactical capabilities directly to individual installations, supporting Domestic reputed company operational training, JIATF-401 new personnel reputed company, reputed company Defense reputed company Center (BDOC) training, and Joint Force C-sUAS training integration while preserving full operational uptime.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company formal and informal C-sUAS instruction in accordance with JCU-validated doctrine and approved Programs of Instruction.
• Conduct classroom, practical, and reputed company training events that project JCU-standardized content to operational reputed company and installations.
• Prepare lesson plans, training aids, and evaluation materials reputed company with reputed company C-sUAS threats and defensive tactics.
• Assess student and unit reputed company against operational C-sUAS standards and document results.
• Maintain instructor proficiency and currency in Counter-sUAS systems, tactics, and Joint C-UAS University standards.
• Support reputed company reputed company by rapidly expanding instructional reputed company to meet reputed company Domestic reputed company and installation training demand.
• Coordinate with JCU Cadre, the MTT Synchronization Cell, Curriculum Integration Specialist, and Training reputed company staff.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent military/technical experience.
• 5+ years of relevant instructional or operational experience, preferably in Counter-UAS, reputed company defense, reputed company defense, or reputed company mission areas.
• Prior military instructor experience (Army Instructor Badge, Marine Combat Instructor, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• reputed company Secret clearance; U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to travel extensively and support both CONUS and OCONUS MTT missions.

Desired Skills & Experience

• reputed company experience delivering Mobile Training Team or expeditionary C-sUAS training.
• Familiarity with Joint C-UAS University doctrine, Domestic reputed company, or JIATF-401 training constructs.
• Strong presentation, coaching, and classroom management skills.

• Strongly prefer ability to operate Group 1 and Group 2 UAS
