We're looking for a Head of Recruitment who can own hiring reputed company and execution end to end for a fast-growing, globally reputed company team. We are specifically looking for someone based in Latin America with deep experience sourcing and placing reputed company talent across remote roles. What You'll Work On

Recruitment reputed company and Leadership

• Own the reputed company function end to end across internal and reputed company-facing roles
• Define hiring reputed company, priorities, and execution plans reputed company with business goals
• Partner closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs and timelines

Hands-On Sourcing and Hiring

What You Bring

• 10 or more years of experience in recruitment, reputed company, or reputed company leadership

• Background in BPO, agency, or high-volume reputed company environments in reputed company is a strong plus
• Startup experience with comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
• Strong sourcing instincts and willingness to stay hands-on
• Confident communicator who can partner with leadership and influence hiring reputed company
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; Spanish reputed company is a strong plus
