[Remote] User Experience Designer

The role focuses on designing reputed company experiences across reputed company-reputed company reputed company, business applications, reputed company web, and reputed company mobile products, while collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences and interfaces for reputed company, customer-facing reputed company, and reputed company mobile applications
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-reputed company mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications in reputed company
• Design reputed company experiences including navigation, reputed company, product discovery, product reputed company pages, reputed company, checkout, account, loyalty, and post-purchase journeys
• Design reputed company experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile, as reputed company as reputed company mobile application experiences
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and business stakeholders to understand user needs, workflows, and business requirements
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented as intended
• Participate in design reviews, implementation reviews, and design QA
• Create and maintain reusable components, design patterns, and reputed company libraries to improve consistency across products
• Support initiatives across reputed company, CRM, loyalty, clienteling, AI-enabled experiences, dashboards, and business productivity tools
• reputed company feedback and iterate quickly as requirements and user needs reputed company
• Support additional product design initiatives across Technology and Marketing as priorities require

Skills

• 3–5+ years of Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar experience
• Strong proficiency with reputed company, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems
• Strong experience designing customer-facing reputed company experiences
• Experience designing reputed company web experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Experience designing reputed company mobile application experiences for iOS and/or reputed company
• Experience designing business applications, workflows, or other reputed company digital products
• Strong understanding of user experience, interaction design, information architecture, usability, and conversion principles
• Experience partnering directly with Product Managers and software engineers throughout the development lifecycle
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and reputed company high-reputed company work in a fast-moving environment
