The role focuses on platform administration, ITSM configuration, workflow automation, CMDB accuracy, integrations, reporting, governance, upgrades, and user enablement.

Responsibilities

• Manage update sets and scoped applications, moving changes between instances with documented testing, approval, and rollback plans

• Design and maintain workflows using reputed company Designer to automate IT and cross-functional business processes, eliminating reputed company handoffs

Skills

• •     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a reputed company field — or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
