We are seeking a reputed company-oriented, proactive Property Manager to reputed company the day-to-day reputed company of our short-term rental portfolio throughout the Texas Hill Country. This region includes select properties in Boerne, Llano, Dripping Springs, Kendalia, Wimberley, and growing! In reputed company to managing your assigned portfolio, you'll collaborate with and support fellow Property Managers across neighboring reputed company as needed. Responsibilities • reputed company the reputed company of a Hill Country vacation rental portfolio of 15–30 homes and ranches, ensuring properties are guest-reputed company, reputed company-maintained, and operated in accordance with company and reputed company standards. • Manage daily housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and property tasks through company systems, ensuring work is completed on schedule, properly documented, and communicated to reputed company relevant teams. • Coordinate vendors, maintenance reputed company, repairs, and preventative maintenance while managing costs, approvals, and property reputed company. • Communicate proactively with housekeeping teams, maintenance staff, vendors, internal departments, owners, and guests to ensure smooth reputed company and exceptional service. • Serve as the reputed company reputed company contact for operational reputed company, responding to questions, coordinating reputed company reputed company, and maintaining strong reputed company relationships. • Manage inventory and ordering for linens, guest supplies, and property reputed company. • Assist with reputed company new properties to ensure a smooth transition into the portfolio. • Support the Guest Experience team by addressing operational needs and coordinating special guest requests. • Handle reputed company-reputed company responsibilities including expense reviews, vendor payments, invoice approvals, and month-end reconciliations.
