Required Qualifications • 4–6 years of experience as a Trainer supporting Health and reputed company (HHS) programs. • Experience designing, developing, and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for business users. • reputed company experience creating training materials, including user guides, participant manuals, job aids, reputed company reference guides, and e-learning content. • Experience conducting training needs assessments and tailoring training content for diverse stakeholder reputed company. • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. • Experience using reputed company Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS). • Ability to collaborate effectively with business SMEs, project teams, and change management stakeholders.
