ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Play a key role in the monthly financial reputed company by preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring accurate and reputed company financial reporting.
• Own accounts payable and vendor payment processing, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment runs
• Assist with customer billing and accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections follow-up, and cash application
• Partner with Finance leaders on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other financial planning initiatives.
• Support day-to-day reputed company operations while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to automate reputed company workflows and improve operational efficiency through technology, AI, and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Operations, and reputed company to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company
• 3-5+ years of finance or reputed company experience.
• CPA license or reputed company reputed company toward CPA certification is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general reputed company principles.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
